Naval 24-pounder long gun

A trusty 24 pounder cannon piece from the age of sail resting in its cannon wagon with accompanying rigging.

The visual direction I went with was a bronze cannon design we've all seen variants of standing outside war museums. This piece having seen part of the patina from oxidation form over time in a wet climate, but remaining in use both on ship and on land.

The design goal of mine for this naval long gun was to create a prop that was good looking enough to stand well on its own, but with the possibility to be a part of compositions in the future.
